History
HELP
Recruitment first opened in Sydney
in 2002
by Jason
West, a Hospitality professional with over 16 years experience
within the tourism, hotel and resort arenas. He progressed through
various departments of hotels to senior levels and eventually
encompassed Human Resources for an International Hotel Group. It
was in this capacity he realised the necessity for a specialised
Hospitality provider to step into the market with a dedicated
hospitality focus for candidates and client employers
respectively.
In
2005, HELP Recruitment’s strategy to open in Brisbane
became a reality. Brisbane
was in need of a Hospitality provider that offered services beyond
the norm. With this
direction, HELP was also in a prominent situation to assist the
regional community, whereby Client Employers (and Candidates)
could tap into a professional recruitment service.
2007
and HELP Recruitment extends to New Zealand with the opening of
their Auckland
location. As the HELP
name became synonymous within the Hospitality Industry our already
established Client Employers in NZ were raving about HELP’s
services, therefore the transition into Auckland was only but
natural.
HELP
Today
The
team at HELP Recruitment are equally passionate about the
industry, having been long standing operationally Hospitality
personnel themselves. The vision of maintaining a consistent
recruitment process continues to drive HELP to the success it is
today. We are
excellent listeners, we are responsive and we are here to HELP the
Hospitality Industry to
grow.
