This opportunity will suit a passionate culinare who wants to create amazing dishes. Setting very high food standards this Restaurant is the ‘window’ into the food culture within this renowned  and luxury Island getaway. From an exceptionally well equipped kitchen to a skilled and passionate brigade, the restaurant serves Modern Cuisine with the freshest of produce.

We require a highly dedicated individual to maintain the deliverance of high service standards and quality through the presentation of food. This property has a well-equipped kitchen and the chefs are involved in all aspects of kitchen operations including cooking for a la carte, some buffet and events.

We are looking for a grounded individual who is open to learning whilst being versatile and adaptable to the needs of the operation whilst leading the team with a professional and positive attitude. The role reports to the Executive Chef.
