ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
Our client is a globally renowned Hospitality leader who is currently looking for an Executive Manager of Sales & Marketing to join their team at this luxury Entertainment & Hotel Resort in Darwin. You will be responsible for the strategic leadership and the development of a full spectrum of casino, hotel, entertainment and retail marketing plans with a focus on development of the mass market segments. The position is also responsible for the establishment and maintenance of a strong and coherent marketing team focussed on successful implementation of those plans. This is senior Management role with responsibility for an operational budget of $6m.
THIS ROLE REPORTS TO
This role report directly to the GM with up to 10 direct and indirect reports.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working with the GM and site Executive to develop the strategic direction of the resort and the marketing activity.
Development and implementation of longer-term and annual business plans including gaming and general marketing.
Develop the marketing strategies that will support achievement of the site objectives.
Ensure that the loyalty (CRM) programs are operating optimally across all business activity and in line with the resort’s business strategy.
Provide advice and support in the development of new products and customer experiences.
Identify new market opportunities and work with executive team members to pursue.
Strengthening of the brand throughout the NT.
Business growth through optimising business from all target markets.
Supporting the delivery of superior customer experiences for all target market customers.
Provide expert marketing advice to business units within the overall business.
Development and implementation of the business plan including regular business growth plans and new business opportunities.
- Minimum of ten years senior management marketing experience in a larger scale gaming operation/ business
- Demonstrated background in achieving results through others
- Tertiary qualified to a degree level.
- Demonstrated success in business development of gaming products.
