$170,000 – $190,000 + super + relocation costs

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

Our client is a globally renowned Hospitality leader who is currently looking for an Executive Manager of Sales & Marketing to join their team at this luxury Entertainment & Hotel Resort in Darwin. You will be responsible for the strategic leadership and the development of a full spectrum of casino, hotel, entertainment and retail marketing plans with a focus on development of the mass market segments. The position is also responsible for the establishment and maintenance of a strong and coherent marketing team focussed on successful implementation of those plans. This is senior Management role with responsibility for an operational budget of $6m.

 

THIS ROLE REPORTS TO

This role report directly to the GM with up to 10 direct and indirect reports.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working with the GM and site Executive to develop the strategic direction of the resort and the marketing activity.

  • Development and implementation of longer-term and annual business plans including gaming and general marketing.

  • Develop the marketing strategies that will support achievement of the site objectives.

  • Ensure that the loyalty (CRM) programs are operating optimally across all business activity and in line with the resort’s business strategy.

  • Provide advice and support in the development of new products and customer experiences.

  • Identify new market opportunities and work with executive team members to pursue.

  • Strengthening of the brand throughout the NT.

  • Business growth through optimising business from all target markets.

  • Supporting the delivery of superior customer experiences for all target market customers.

  • Provide expert marketing advice to business units within the overall business.

  • Development and implementation of the business plan including regular business growth plans and new business opportunities.

 

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of ten years senior management marketing experience in a larger scale gaming operation/ business
  • Demonstrated background in achieving results through others
  • Tertiary qualified to a degree level.
  • Demonstrated success in business development of gaming products.
